The spirits of school,teaching,working and studying are the prestige and image,the desicive elements of ensuring the personnel cultivation qualities,promoting the running school level and enhancing the running school potentials,and one of the key issues colleges and universities are confronted with under the background of the'popularity-oriented'education.This paper,based on the brief account of these four factors and their interrlation,forwards the author's own reflections and suggestions concerning the construction of spirits of school,teaching,working and studying of Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology.
