大学生是一个最具创造潜力开发的群体,要开发大学生的创造潜力,必须充分认识非智力因素的内涵和非智力因素培养在开发创造力中的作用,把握住大学生思想成熟、人格成长的关键时期,更新教育观念,以人为本,重视大学生的非智力因素教育,在教育教学实践中,积极探索培养大学生良好非智力因素的有效方法和途径,努力造就数以千万计的具有创造力的人才。

Undergraduates have the strong potential of creativity.In order to develop their potential of creativity, we must understand the meaning of the non-intelligence quality and its function of the creativity's development; grasp the key maturation period of their ideology and personality.Not only we must value the education of the undergraduates' non-intelligence quality but also renew the conception of education.We should explore an efficacious way to develop undergraduates' non-intelligence quality vigorously so as to cultivate more talents.
