税收政策作为国家重要的宏观调控工具,对促进经济发展具有重大作用。为振兴东北老工业基地,中央制定并实施了税收优惠政策,吉林省应抓住这个机遇,尽快改变经济发展落后的局面。在分析吉林税收和经济发展现状基础上,提出了进一步完善和落实税收优惠政策,全面发展吉林经济的几点建议。

The tax policy as the important macro-economic control tool plays an important role in the promotion of economy development.The government has set and carried out a favorable policy on tax to revive the northeastern industrial region.The opportunity should be caught by Jilin Province to change the backward situation in economy development as soon as possible.This article gives some advices to the further perfection and fulfillment of the favorable policy on tax and the economy development in Jilin Province in an all-round way.
