“三农”问题是由战后农产品供给快速增长,而消费却增长缓慢的矛盾导致的。缓解“三农”问题的短期办法,是制定“缓冲存货”、“支持价格”和“保障价格”政策,而这一问题的根本出路,是加速我国农村的城市化进程。

'Three Rural Issues' is caused by the contradiction,that is,fast growth of agricultural product supplies and slow increase of expenses postwar.In a short term,how to alleviate 'Three Rural Issues' depends on making the policies of 'cushioning goods in stock','supporting price' and 'safeguarding price'.However,the ultimate solution to this problem is to accelerate the process of urbanization of the countryside.
