关于高职院校大学生就业能力培养的思考

On Training the Vocational College Students’Employability

当前大学生就业难的关键问题之一是就业能力的不足。大学生就业能力包括专业能力和专业外能力。结合与用人单位的访谈和调查,阐述了高职院校在大学生就业能力培养中所扮演的角色及其相应的对策,并指出高校在培养学生能力中可能产生的误区。

The key problem that it’s hard for the graduates to get employed is lack of employability.The graduates’ employabiloity includes the ability inside the major and the ability outside the major.With the interviews and surveys,this paper states the roles that the higher vocational colleges play in training the undergraduates’ employability and their respective countermeasures,and points out the possible long-standing mistaken idea that the colleges or universities may have in training the students’ ability.
