摘要
干部政绩的考核是干部管理工作的一项重要内容,它关系到党的领导事业能否兴旺发达,关系到党能否拥有一支成熟稳定、卓有成效的干部队伍。界定职责是干部政绩考核的首要依据,正确地处理好岗位职责要求与实际工作表现、个人述职与民意测验、纵向比较与横向比较、个人工作与集体工作这四对关系则是干部政绩考核的关键。
The assessement of cadres’ performance is an important part of cadre management,which concerns the flourishment and upgrowth of our Party’s leading cause and conerns whether our Party is equipped with a mature,stable and efficient cadre troop.This paper puts forward the basis and standard of assessing the cadres’ performance,which are illustrated as follows: division of responsibility is the first basis of assessing the cadres’ performance,correct handling of the relationship between the post responsibility and practice,work report and public-opinion poll,vertical comparison and horizontal comparison,individual work and collective work,are the keys of of assessing the cardres’ performance.
