摘要
本文从商务英语的ESP性质出发,探讨有关商务英语教学方面的有关理据,然后在问卷调查的基础上对目前高校商务英语的教学及课程设置的现状做出分析,对商务英语教学未来的发展方向做出预测,并提出相应的建议。
This nationwide survey ventured into the practices of course configuration and curriculum design concerning Business English instruction in different Chinese higher educational institutions of various operating styles. Started from the perspective of ESP,a tentative analysis is provided concerning the definition,coverage,academic status,course configuration of Business English. This is followed by the analyses of the status quo of the current business teaching practice based on the results of a questionnaire survey. Finally,a forecast for the future of business English teaching in China is made and recommendations are accordingly made.
