摘要
基于教材建设的理论和原则,本文认为《体验商务英语》真实的目标、材料、练习(任务)和交际,基于学习者需求和兴趣的编写思想,以及体验式的教学活动设计(即角色扮演和案例学习)使体验式的商务英语学习具有了明确的目的、坚实的基础、有力的支持、内在的动力以及可预知的良好效果,使学习者在“体验”中学习商务英语,在“学习”中体验商务英语,进而提高商务交际能力,体现了“外语学习是体验和经历”的理念。
The textbook series of Experiencing Business English introduces international business activities into classroom teaching,enabling the learners to experience the real business environment. Based on the basic theories and principles of materials development,the paper holds that the authenticity of its objective,materials,exercises (tasks) and communication,materials development principle based on learner's needs and interests,and the experiential teaching activities (i.e. role play and case study) ensure that experiential learning of business English has a definite object,solid foundation,strong support,intrinsic motivation and desired effect. The learners will thus learn business English in 'experiencing' and experience business English in 'learning',and improve their business communication competence. Experiencing Business English reflects the notion that 'foreign languages learning is an experience'.
