On the basis of reviewing the history of rural cooperative medical system,the article discussed the development of new type of rural cooperative medical system.The implementation of rural cooperative medical care system is consistent with the strategical mission that was lodged by central party committee,the content of the mission is constructing socialistic harmonious society.The article indicates that we should accelerate the development of the new-type rural cooperative medical system to promote the constructing of socialistic harmonious society.
