苏州市医学女生和非医学女生健康危险行为比较研究

The Comparative Study on Health Risk Behaviors Between Female Medical Undergraduate and Female Non-medical Undergraduate in Suzhou

目的了解医学、非医学专业女大学生健康危险行为的分布状况及存在的差异。方法分层整群抽取427名苏州大学女大学生进行有关健康危险行为的无记名问卷调查,同时组织两组专题小组讨论。结果医学女生自我报告身体和精神状况均比非医学女生差;被调查女生尝试吸烟率为7%,饮酒率为33.3%,参加体育锻炼为79.2%,未违反交通规则占32.6%,二者均无统计学差异;医学女生对高血压的正确认知率(71.6%)远远高于非医学女生(54.0%);女大学生性行为发生率为6.1%,二者无统计学差异,但在使用安全套方面二者存在差异。结论苏州大学女大学生的健康危险行为较为普遍,某些行为存在专业上的差异,应针对不同专业的特点,采取不同措施加以预防和控制。

Objective The study was to find out the distribution and differences of health risk behaviors between female medical undergraduate and female non-medical undergraduate in Suzhou.Methods Totally 427 female undergraduates currently enrolled in Suzhou University were selected by random sampling method of strata and mass.They answered the questionnaire with blank their names.Moreover,two focus group discussions were organized among selected 20 people.Results The self-reported health status(including physical and psychological) of of female medical undergraduates were worse than that of female non-medical undergraduates.7% of female undergraduates had ever used cigarettes,33.3% had used alcohol,79.2% often took part in athletic sports and 32.6% complied with the traffic rule,no statistical difference between female medical undergraduates and female non-medical undergraduates.71.6% of female medical undergraduates and 54.0% of female non-medical undergraduates answered questions related to hypertension correctly.The incidence rate of sexual behavior was up to 6.1%,but only 66.7% of female medical undergraduates and 13.0% of female non-medical undergraduates could use condoms,the statistical difference of two groups was evident.Conclusion The risk behaviors of female undergraduates were prevalent in Suzhou University and some behaviors were different among different specialties.To different specialties,we must adopt different measures to prevent and control health risk behaviors.
