摘要
食品环境安全是关系人民健康的重大公共卫生问题,不安全食品造成食源性疾病危害人体健康,影响人们生活质量和社会稳定,而且带来巨大经济损失,影响国家整体经济实力。目前,我国食品污染比较突出的问题有:致病微生物和寄生虫对食品污染,环境因素对食品污染,大量使用农药、化肥对食品污染,加工生产过程对食品污染等。保证食品环境安全的主要对策是:加强宣传和教育,加强食品安全法律、法规和标准体系的建设,建立统一的食品安全管理体系,提高食品安全领域的科技水平,建设一支素质全面的食品安全监督队伍。
The food security environment is important public hygiene problem which is related to the people health.The insecurity food would harm body health that from the source of meal,affect the people living quantity,society stability and brought huge economy loss,reduce the whole national economic power.Currently,our food environment subsist a number of outstanding problems.For instance,the disease-microbe and parasites pollute the food;the environment factors contaminated the food;overcommitted of agrochemical to the farm produce and contamination through the preduetion etc....However,some countermeasures that guarantees the food environment safety are as following: First,strengthen the publicity and education.Second,strengthen the construction of the law for the food environment security,unitize and standardize the management system.Third,raise the science and technology level.Fourth,construct a character overall surveillance team.
