通过对气化炉在服役时期出现的问题进行分析,在更新改造的设计过程中进行优化设计并采取相应的技术措施,保证了更新后气化炉的安全、经济运行,对合成气装置中类似气化炉的更新改造有借鉴作用。

By analyzing the problems of gasifying furnace, an optimum design with con＇esponding technical measure for the new gasifying furnace is carried out in the reform design process. It ensures that the gasifying furnace could he operated more safely and economically. This optimum design may be taken as reference in other similar furnaces.
