A model of teacher assistant is an effective approach to manage the students and the new class.It might be make up the weakness that existed in the teacher's work and improve the teacher assistant's ability to work.It is a double-win system.Its advantages and functions are to shorten the psychological distance between teachers and students,to help for reinforcing and improving students' thought work,and for constructing a better class,which has well style of study and everyday management.But it is important that should establish system and standardization for the teacher assistant,such as reward rule;managing and evaluating rule so that it can make them more system and standardization.
