摘要
资教生是刚刚毕业的应届大学生,怀有理想抱负,对即将从事的教师职业充满壮志与激情,但是由于他们大都来自城市高校,对农村及农村教育的现状不甚了解,而且资教三年后面临再次自主择业,因此基于上述特点,基于理想愿景与现实状况,资教生树立正确的职业发展观,进行正确的职业发展规划意义重大。
The Zi-jiaostudents are the fresh men just after their graduation.They are ambitious and full of aspiration and passion to their new teaching occupation.But as the fresh students just graduate from their university,they are not very familiar with the situation of education in the country and they should face the reality of choosing a new occupation again three years later.So based on their characteristics and the ideal and vision,it is very important to establish correct development concepts of occupation and to make reasonable plan of self-developing.
