摘要
我国高校毕业生面临着越来越大的就业压力,大学生就业指导工作已成为新时期高校学生工作的中心任务之一。本文分析了我国高校就业指导工作的现状,论述了当前创新高校就业指导工作的迫切性和重要性,并提出了如何适应时代要求,构建高校就业指导工作的模式,并使其规范化和制度化。
