摘要
介绍了API标准透平机械的转子振动检验程序和验收准则。API标准规定是以临界转速避开裕量和临界间隙闭合度作为振动设计验收准则,采取无阻尼不平衡响应分析确定临界转速和最大轴振幅,并以车间试验对横向分析的结果进行验证,从而确保机械的平稳运行。对于特殊的旋转机械如电机、齿轮、风机等则在相应的API标准中进行了规定。
In this paper, the API vibration acceptance standard and program for turbine machines is introduced. The API Standard defines that the critical speed separation margin and the critical clearance closure are the acceptance criteria for vibration design. The critical speed and maximum shaft amplitude should be determined by the damping unbalance response analysis, and verified in workshop test for lateral analysis to make sure the stability of machine running. The regulations for special rotary machines such as electric motor, gear, blower etc. should be complied with the corresponding API specifications.
