摘要
随着输油管道自动化程度的提高,调节阀作为一种常见的调节机构,在该领域得到了广泛应用。但是它容易被堵塞,这会使输油能耗增加,造成重大的经济损失。针对甬沪宁进口原油管道上某中间站出现的这一问题,详细介绍了调节阀的结构、工作原理、流量特性及运行工况,通过分析给出了解决办法,并提出建议预防这类问题的产生。
Accompanying the automation of oil-pipeline, the control valve has been widely used in this area as a common regulating device. But the valve is easily blocked, thus increasing energy consumption and leading to great economic lose. This paper takes the blocking problem happened at a pump station of Yong-Hu-Ning import oil pipeline as a sample, and introduces the structure, working principle, flow characteristic and operating condition of the control valve in details. Then, the solution method via analysis and some suggestions are presented to prevent from the blocking problem.
