摘要
近年来国内外培训机构在对"学习的含义"、"培训的含义"和"培训机构的核心竞争力"方面形成了新的理念。通过培训,对培训师的角色定位有了新的理解。本文还简要介绍了有关现代培训的一些新方法及有关现代培训项目管理的新启示。
In recent years, the training organizations home and abroad have produced some new ideas about 'definition of learning';'implication of training' and 'nucleus competitive power of the training organization'. Through this training, we have achieved a new understanding about the trainer's role. Furthermore, this paper gives a brief introduction of some new methods and some new inspirations about the management of modern training projects.
