穿透性角膜移植术治疗角膜营养不良

Penetrating keratoplasty on the treat ment of corneal dystrophy

目的观察角膜营养不良患者行穿透性角膜移植的临床效果。方法对10例(11眼)角膜营养不良患者行穿透性角膜移植术进行治疗。结果随访时间12-36月,11眼中有10眼角膜植片透明(91％),矫正视力≥0．5者10眼。结论穿透性角膜移植是治疗角膜营养不良的有效手术方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of penetrating keratoplasty on the treatment of corneal dystrophy. Methods l1cases(1leyes) corneal dystrophy with penetrating keratoplasty were performed.Results The rate of transparent graft after penetrating keratoplasty was 10eyes (91%) at postoperative 12-36 months. The rate of corrective vision more than 0.5 was 10 eyes. Conclusion Penetrating keratoplasty was an effective treatment for corneal dystrophy.
