摘要
针对不锈钢复合板20R+410S封头热加工成形后焊缝裂纹产生,从410S不锈钢的焊接性、封头拼缝焊接接头工艺的复杂性以及封头热加工环境的影响等方面分析了裂纹形成的原因,并提出修复措施,制定焊接修复工艺,取得了较好的效果。
Towards the weld crack on 20R +410S clad plate head produced after hot forming, the cause analysis concerns with the weldability of 410S stainless steel, the technology. complicacy of head welded joint and the environmental influence of head hot forming etc. Then, the repair method is provided, and the welding repair technology is stipulated. A better effect is obtained by application.
