The historical experience since the 8th CPC National Congress, especially the seven years'governing one at the beginning of the PRC, has made outstanding theoretical contributions to the construction of the party's progressiveness, that is, strengthening the construction of the governing party's political line, ideological line, organizational principle, work style and CPC members'progrssiveness and preserving their progressiveness.
