摘要
进入新世纪,中国的国有企业,不可避免地面临如何在经营管理中制定并实施相应战略,来获取竞争优势的问题,其中人力资源的获取和保持成为核心问题,而我国目前国有企业人才流失现象严重。从分析国有企业人力资源现状入手,提出国有企业要建立完善的用人制度,改革现有制度中的不合理成分,深层开发与科学管理企业的人力资源,提高整体素质,提升竞争力,才能从容应对经济全球化浪潮和加入WTO后的严峻挑战。
Entering the new century,Chinese stateowned enterprises should set down and carry out the strategic planning to obtain a competitive advantage.Attracting and retaining human resources become important questions.But now we are experiencing heavy brain drain from our stateowned enterprises.Considering the present situation of the human resources in the stateowned enterprises,we propose that the stateowned enterprise should establish a better employment mechanism,reform the improper parts,develop and manage human resource in depth to improve the quality and competition so that they can face the challenges of the global economy and the WTO.
