大学教师教育技术培训与课程整合探索

Analysis on university teacher′s educational technology training and curriculum integration

随着教育改革的不断深化和发展,人们对课程整合要求越来越迫切,对高校教师的教育技术素质要求也越来越高。对广大高校教师实施有效的教育技术培训是当前课程整合首要的问题。本文主要从教育技术培训的目标及内容、培训的模式及在培训中应注意的主要问题,并探索出大学教师教育技术培训与课程整合的主要内容。

With the constant promotion and development of educational reform,the need for curriculum integration is becoming more and more urgent,and the requirement for teachers′ quality in educational technology is also becoming more and more strict.At present,the first thing to do with the curriculum integration is to put university teacher′s educational technology training into effect.The article makes some study in training target,content and training pattern.
