摘要
培养一线高技能应用型人才需要高素质“双师型”教师队伍。通过对“双师型”教师的内涵及重要性的诠释,分析了影响我国高等职业教育“双师型”教师队伍建设的因素,探讨了发展高等职业教育、加强“双师型”教师队伍建设的有效途径。
The article analyzes the factors that affect the construction of higher vocational education′s 'double-type teachers' in our country by means of annotating the connotation and the importance of the 'double-type teachers'.Besides,it discusses the effective ways to develop higher vocational education as well as strengthen the construction of 'double-type teachers'.
