摘要
高职教育的培养目标决定了高职教育的课程设置,从而决定了高职教师队伍的实践性强的特点,从教师个体看,应加强实践能力训练,从教师队伍整体看,要适当调整教师的来源结构。
The fostering objective of higher education decides the curriculum provision of vocational education,and thus determines the teaching staff should be with strong practicality.Looking at from teachers,we should strengthen to train teachers′ practical skill,from the overall teaching staff,we should adjust the source of teachers.
