A Sino-Indian Dialogue on Comparative Literature—Interviews with Indian Scholars

本访谈录主要涉及印度学者关于比较文学、梵语诗学、梵语批评及比较文学中国学派等方面的问题,也部分涉及中印文学文化交流的问题,同时也体现出中印学者积极自觉的跨文化对话。印度学者的观点及实践对于当前蓬勃开展的中国比较文学、比较诗学研究具有重要的启迪意义。

The interviews mainly deal with such subjects as comparative literature, Sanskrit poetics, Sanskrit criticism, Chinese school of comparative literature, while the Sino-Indian literary and cultural exchanges has been partly emphasized, which can be seen as a kind of positive trans-cultural dialogues between Indian and Chinese scholars. Indian scholars' ideas and practice are of great inspiration to the prosperous study of comparative literature and comparative poetics in contemporary China.
