摘要
最近国家发改委对天然气出厂价格进行了调整,但与煤炭、石油和石油液化气等其它替代能源的价格相比,天然气价格涨幅最小,对城市民用气和CNG汽车用气的影响小,对化肥用气影响相对较大。文章根据有关数据具体分析了气价调整对有关用户的影响程度,认为气价调整不仅有利于天然气生产、消费和价格改革,而且还有利于稀缺资源的保护性使用。提出了加快天然气市场化进程和改革价格形成机制的措施建议。
National Development and Reform Commission recently has adjusted natural gas explant price. However, compared with other alternative energies of coal, oil and LPG, gas price increase rate is lowest. Consumption in the fields of residential and CNG vehicle are affected little by gas price growth, while gas consumption in fertilizer industry is significantly affected. Gas price adjustment is not only favor for gas production, consumption and price reform, but also favor for protected usage of scare resources. Measures and advices for improving process of natural gas marketization and reforming price form mechanism are discussed.
