新疆“南气北调”的思考

Thoughts on South-to-North Gas Transfer Project in Xinjiang Province

近几年新疆天然气生产与消费迅速增长,但地区间天然气供求极不平衡,南疆天然气有较多富余,东疆和北疆天然气严重短缺。从战略层面考虑,新疆应实施“南气北调”工程,即从塔里木气田建一条输气管道到乌鲁木齐,以衔接北疆和东疆天然气管道,在新疆境内形成可以统一调配的输气管网,从根本上满足北疆地区对天然气的需求。为此,应尽快开展“南气北调”的前期研究。

BSTRACT: In recent years, both gas production and consumption are growing rapidly in Xinjiang province. However, problem of unbalance between gas supply and demand is rather serious, and with gas surplus in South Xinjiang but gas shortage in the East and North Xinjiang. With views of strategy, South-to North Transfer Project is a great idea to solve this problem. That is building a pipeline from Tarim Basin to Urumqi and therefore connecting North Xinjiang and East Xinjiang. With this integrated pipe network, gas demand in northern part of Xinjiang is basically satisfactory.
