浅谈领导干部实绩考核

摘要 实绩考核是反映领导干部在一定时期内创造经济效益和社会效益的劳动成果,是干部德才素质的物化表现,也是干部使用的基本依据。对领导干部进行实绩考核具有必要性。设计实绩考核指标应坚持客观性、区别性、导向性、制度性原则。考核工作中实行定性与定量相结合,认真核准干部实绩,实行上、中、下相结合,坚持上级认可、同级认同和下级公认,实行考核结果与考核过程动态结合,明确岗位职责,完善工作目标管理制度,强化职业道德考核。要把考核结果与干部队伍建设紧密衔接,充分发挥考核的积极作用。 The check of tangible acheivements is the reflection of economic returns and social effects created by leading cadres in a certain period, as well as the basis of cadre's employment, and should be conducted imperatively. The norm of checking should be based on the principle of objectivity, guidance quality and conditionality. When checking and approving the cadres, we should combine quantitiveness with qualitiveness, stick to the principle of higher authorities' approval, equal level's confirm and subordinates' general acknowledgement. In addition, checking results should be combined with checking trends; post responsibility should be clarified; the working aim and management system should be imiproved; professional ethics' checking should be intensified; checking result and cadre's team building should be linked up; fully bringing its activeness into role.
