摘要
强化林地保护管理是社会主义新农村建设的迫切需要。我国林地保护管理工作取得一定成绩,但也存在一些问题。编制林地保护用规划,实施林地用途管制制度,控制有材地的逆转,加大对破坏材地违法行为的打击,对推动社会主义新农村建设健康发展具有十分重要的意义。
The intensification of forest land is the urgent needs for constructing socialist new countryside. Although we have achieved a lot in protecting woodland, there are some problems still existing. The acts that drawing up a plan for forest land protecton, implementing the management rules of woodland's function, controlling the transition of existed woodland, will significantly do good to the construction of socialit new countryside.
