摘要
运用SWOT分析方法,对炎陵生态旅游进行分析,可知炎陵生态旅游既有内部优势和劣势,也有外部环境带来的机遇与挑战。炎陵生态旅游发展的营销战略有:确立生态旅游形象;加强旅游形象的策划与传播;加强区域旅游联合;建立以旅游市场为导向的经营管理模式;大力改善旅游产品结构;加大招商引资力度,筹资建设景区景点;加快人才培养步伐。
The result of SWOT analysis on Yanling ecotourism has showed that it has interior advantages and disadvantages as well as the opportunities and chanllenges brought by outer environment. The markeing strategies for Yanling ecotourism's development are to establish ecotourist image, strenghen the alliance with other regions, build a management pattern guided by tourism market; improve product mix substantially, attract outside investment to build scenic spots and train more competent personnel.
