On the Construction of Teacher's Professional Ethics and Work Style in Universities and Colleges

高校师德师风建设包括教师业务能力建设,教师职业精神培养和教师职业道德建设。当前师德师风建设主要存在着治学不够严谨、学术风气不够端正,敬业精神不足、功利思想抬头等问题。针对存在的问题要大力开展师德教育,不断强化职业精神,切实加强教师培养,努力做好教师管理。

the construction of teacher's professional ethics and work style in universities and colleges consists of the construction of professional ability, ethics and spirit. Many problems, such as careless teaching, lack of academic discipline and devotion to the work, and worship of utilitarianism etc. still exist. In view of these problems, we has to enhance the education of teacher's professional ethics, intensify the professional spirit, improve the teachers' training and strengthen the management of teacher.
