当前,成人教育存在着与人力资源开发利用不相适应的现象。现代企业和社会需要劳动者具备职业能力。成人教育面临着巨大的发展空间和机遇。
Currently, the phenomenon that adult education is not fit for human resources development and its utilization does exist. The laborers complete with professional capability are in great demand in modern enterprises and society. Therefore, there is huge space and great number of opportunities for adult education development.
