论教师品格问题及其对教育教学的影响

On Teacher's Moral Character and Its Influences on Teaching

教师会对学生产生深远而又重要的影响,而这种影响往往取决于教师的品格。教师品格问题的出现,不仅玷污了教师的声誉,影响了教育教学效果,而且还阻碍了全社会文化素质的提高。针对教师品格存在的问题,应采取开展师范生品格实践活动,把教师品格纳入教师评估体系等措施推进师德建设的发展。

Teacher has the very important and significant influences on students, and such influences depend on his or her moral character. The emergence of the problems of teacher's moral character not only tarnish the teacher's reputation, influence the teaching result, but also hinder the improvement of cultural quality of whole society. In view of such problems, some measures, such as developing some practical activities for students in normal universities, or bringing teacher's moral character into assessment system, should be taken so as to develop the construction of teacher's moral character.
