通过对压片机的过程控制、片重控制,提高安全可靠性,数据的丢失保护,远程监测和远程控制技术,21CFR Part 11电子记录和电子签名,高速图像处理系统以及生产线的连接控制技术等8个方面的创新来阐述国外压片机自动控制技术的最新发展。
In this article, the new developments, achieved out of China, of automatic control technology used in tablet pressing machine were described from eight aspects, which are process control, tablet weight control, enhancement of safety and reliability, protection of data loss, remote supervision and control, 21CFR Part 11 electronic recording and electronic signature.
