摘要
变频调速技术从设计角度考虑,需要自控专业与电气专业共同合作,在了解工艺对象特性的基础上,共同完成设计。有些流量(压力)调节系统,利用了变频器进行流量(压力)调节,不仅大大节约了泵(压缩机)的能耗,还可省去控制阀,从而节省了基建费用。重点是从自控设计方面讨论变频器调速技术在自控方面的应用和考虑。
From the view point of design, the cooperation of automatic control specialty and electrical specialty is necessary to utilize frequency conversion technique. The design is required to complete based on the understanding of the process features. By using frequency conversion technique to adjust the flow (or pressure), in some flow (pressure) adjustment system, not only the energy consumption is saved in a large amount, but also can control valve be saved. In this way, the construction cost can be saved. In this article, the application of frequency conversion technique in automatic control was emphatically discussed.
