摘要
在体育教学中针对学生学期初始进行正规技术课业时,由于间断练习,生理机能出现一些不良反应,这样不仅影响教学任务完成,而且容易使身体某部位产生负面变化。为缩减疲劳恢复期,运用超常刺激调解生理机能,使学生尽快进入运动状态。通过反复实践验证,使学生生理机能由被动恢复到主动调节,收到较好效果。
During the PE teaching,the physiological function arises some harmful reflection because of interval practice,which not only influences the teaching task,but also makes some part of the body produce the negative change easily.In order to reduce the convalescence of fatigue,we apply the supper-normal stimulation to mediate the physiological function to make the students enter the sports state.The practice shows that the physiological function can be mediated actively from passive recovery and can get better results.
