略论高职院校体育教学内容的改革

Brief Discussion on the Reform of PE Teaching Content in Higher Professional Colleges

社会的变迁和发展 ,对人才的要求也随之发生变化。现代学校体育的最大问题是多数学生离开学校后 ,与学校体育教学内容相揖别。很多传授的运动技术与方法 ,在一个人的体育生涯中仅仅是匆匆过客。当前 ,各级各类学校努力探索 ,与培养目标相适应的教学内容 ,这是对传统体育教学的反思。本文通过教学实践和文献综述方法 ,论述高职院校教学内容改革的迫切性。

With the changing and development of society,the needs of the talented persons changes too.The biggest problem in modern college is that after the students graduated from the college,what they have done have nothing to do with the teaching content.Many sports skills and methods are gone quickly in one’s sports career.At present,all levels and kinds of colleges try to expound the content of courses adapted to cultivating target,which is a self-examination to the traditional PE teaching.By the methods of teaching practice and literature,the author discusses the urgency of the reform of teaching content in colleges and universities.
