摘要
挺举的上挺部分近几年一直是我省不少举重运动员的薄弱环节 ,特别是一些少年举重运动员上挺更不理想。本文通过对不同级别少年举重运动员对比实验分析 ,采用借力推、半挺、胸上负重预蹲三个项目综合训练 ,来提高上挺能力是十分有效的。
The straightening up part in clean and jerk is always many lift weights athletes' weak segment in our province in recent years, espcially some juvenile lift weights athletes' straightening up alility is not ideal.The author uses contrastive experimental analyses to analyze different level juvenile lift weights athletes,adopts the three comprehensive training of borrowing strength to push,up sticking,chest loading squat,which are very efficient in improving straightening up ability.
