摘要
研究了壳聚糖的防皱免烫整理工艺,对降解壳聚糖分子量的影响、催化剂的选择、添加剂的使用以及整理工艺进行了探讨。结果表明:壳聚糖可以作为防皱免烫整理剂;采用分子量在1.6×104~1.7×104左右的壳聚糖降解产物进行整理效果最佳;整理中选择NaH2PO4作催化剂较理想。
This paper studies the application of chitosan to the wrinkle-proofing and non-ironing finish and discusses the degradation of the chitosan molecular weight, the choice of the catalytic a-gent, the application of the additive and the finish technology. The result indicates: chitosan can be applied as the agent for wrinkle-proofing and non-ironing finish; the best result can be obtained by applying chitosan with 1. 6 × 104 ~ 1.7 × 104 molecular weight and choosing NaH2PO4 as the catalytic agent.
