薪酬管理是目前企业人力资源管理和财务管理的重点,基于财务角度的企业薪酬管理更是企业管理中最特殊的问题,文中详细分析了基于财务角度的薪酬管理的实施过程包括成本预测、成本预算、成本控制等,并提出了建设创新型企业薪酬管理的对策和建议。
Salary Management is the focus of corporate human resources management and financial management currently, and the salary management based on financial is the most special question in enterprise business management. This paper analyzed in details of the implementation process, including the cost of prediction , cost estimates, cost control, and give recommendations on how to building an innovation-oriented salary management.
