构建高校兼容性图书馆的思考

把图书馆建设成为学习型知识创新组织,即构建兼容性图书馆是高校抢占教育制高点的战略举措。在构建过程中,首先应确认图书馆是一种知识组织,其知识组织必须以知识创新为“纲”,还必须树立终身培训的理念,确立图书馆继续教育机制,建立知识管理创新机制,并从建设“学科馆员”团队入手,培养“一专多能”的复合型图书馆员工队伍。
