摘要
面对WTO之后全球经济一体化的趋势和日益严峻的市场竞争环境,企业要想在强手如林的市场上立于不败之地,加强专业化的人力资源管理体系建设,有效避免人才流失显得尤为重要。
Facing the tendency of global economic integration and the severe competitive environment,enterprises should enhance the constructiion of specialized human resource management system to avoid the talents loss effectively so as to put themselves in an invincible position.
