摘要
本文利用数理统计中的参数估计、假设检验等方法,对加工中心的故障间隔时间(MTBF)进行了分析,总结出其故障服从威布尔分布,最终确定了分布模型,为数控机床可靠性预测提供依据。
Using the method of mathematical statistics and hypothesis test , this paper analyzed the fault′s internal time of machining center,drew a conclusion that the fault obeys Weibull distribution,and indicated the distributed mode in final,which can be a theory foundation to predict the reliability of CNC machine tool.
