血β-羟丁酸的测定在糖尿病及糖尿病酮症酸中毒中的应用

摘要 目的 通过对糖尿病及糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者血β-羟丁酸及相关指标的测定,确立β-羟丁酸的测定对监测糖尿病进展及其在糖尿病酮症酸中毒的诊断及疗效观察中的意义。方法 用酶法测定81例正常体检人员,10 5例糖尿病无酮症酸中毒患者和2 0例糖尿病酮症酸中毒者血β-羟丁酸的浓度,同时用葡萄糖氧化酶法分别测出其血糖浓度。比较16例糖尿病酮症酸中毒者治疗前后血β-羟丁酸浓度。结果 糖尿病患者中血β羟丁酸明显升高(P <0 .0 5 ) ,糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者血β-羟丁酸极明显升高(P <0 .0 0 1)。糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者治疗后血β-羟丁酸比治疗前极明显降低(P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 1、血β-羟丁酸的测定可作为监测糖尿病进展有效指标。2、血β-羟丁酸的测定是诊断糖尿病酮症酸中毒及观察其疗效的可靠指标。 Objective To study the value of serum β-hydroxybutyric acid determination in diabetes and diabetes complicated with acidosis. Methods serum β-hydroxybutyric acid determination with automatic enzymatic assay tecniques in 81 routine medical examination group and 105 diabetes patients and 20 diabetes complicated with acidosis patients.in the same time determine serum glucose level of it. Compare β-hydroxybutyric acid level of 16 diabetes complicated with acidosis in the remedy.Results there existed significant rise of β-hydroxybutyric acid in diabetes(P<0.05).there existed more significant rise of β-hydroxybutyric acid in diabetes complicated with acidosis(P<0.001).there existed more significant rise of β-hydroxybutyric acid in diabetes complicated with acidosis after remedy(P<0.001).Conclusion 1.β-hydroxbutyric acid is a value index in detecting progression of diabetes.2.β-hydroxybutyric acid is a reliable index in diagnosing diabetes compticated with keto acidosis.
