西部地区对外贸易对经济增长影响实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Effects of the International Trade on the Development of Economy in the West of China

运用面板数据方法及相应的模型,从出口和进口两个方面实证分析了中国西部地区1997-2004年对外贸易对经济增长的影响。实证分析结果表明,对外贸易对西部地区经济增长具有重要的推动作用,出口与进口贸易对西部地区经济发展的影响基本相同。因此,主张加快发展西部对外贸易以促进西部经济加快增长,并在实施中要注意进口与出口并重。

Through the panel data, this paper studies the effects of the international trade on the development of economy in the west of China from the perspective of export and import. The results show that the international trade has very important role in the western economy, and the export and import has the equal role. So it ean promote the lever of the western economy by developing the international trade and pay attention to the import as much as the export.
