摘要
目的通过快速成型技术建立临床颅骨缺损数字模型,探讨其在组织工程骨治疗颅颌面骨缺损中的应用前景。方法选择10例临床颅骨缺损病例,均拟行组织工程骨修复颅骨缺损临床应用研究,全头颅螺旋CT连续薄层容积扫描,数据传至工作站后行三维重建,建立颅骨缺损数字模型,通过镜像复制原理及数据插补原理建立颅骨缺损的数字模型,并转换成stl文件格式,快速成型机制造骨缺损三维实体模型,结果10例临床颅骨缺损病例均建立颅骨缺损数字模型,可被快速成型设备数据读取并加工为个体化预制的修复体模型。结论采用快速成型技术对临床颅骨缺损建立数字模型,对未来以组织工程技术治疗复杂性颅颌面骨缺损具有重要的临床实用价值。
Objective To establish a method to prefabricate tissue engineering bone scaffold with rapid prototyping manufacturing for repairing. Methods Total 10 patients of cranial defects resulted from trauma were included in this study. The subjects were 10 patients of cranial bone defect which would repaired with tissue engineering bone. All patients were underwent by three-dimensional computerized tomography (3D-CT). The data were input into rapid prototyping machine to get three-dimensional model. Results Substantial digital model was established that could be read and processed directly by prototyping instrument. The substantial model could match the cranial bone defects well. Conclusion Three dimensional model based on CT data is an important method of simulation the repairing of the cranial bone defect. It has great significance in the clinical application of tissue engineering bone.
