摘要
职业生涯管理是影响企业和政府部门可持续发展的重要问题。文章首先比较了政府部门与企业在本质特征上(包括职业生涯管理的目的性、自控性、复杂性、严肃性、持续性等)的差异;其次,结合政府部门与企业的职业生涯管理现状,从重视程度、人员的职业晋升模式、职业信息的公开度、生涯培训、政策依据等方面对两者进行比较,并进一步分析其差异;最后提出了政府部门与企业职业生涯管理可相互借鉴之处,即政府部门应加强对公务员的培训与开发,为公务员构建多重职业发展通道,而企业应加强职业生涯管理的制度保障等。
Career Management is an important problem that affects the continuous development of enterprise and government. In the paper, firstly the difference of essential characteristics between enterprise and government is compared, including intention, self-control, complexity, seriousness, continuance, etc. Secondly, the status of career management in government and enterprise are compared, from the following aspects, attention grade, career promoted mode, public grade of career information, career training, foundation of policy, etc. Finally, the advantages of each are pointed out, such as strengthening the measures of training and development, constructing more career route ways by government; enhancing the security system of career management by enterprise.
