注射壶外置式扩张器的临床应用

The Clinical Application of the Injective Dome Out-Laid Expander

目的应用注射壶外置式扩张器,达到减少手术的损伤和减轻患者痛苦的目的。方法选择合适的扩张器,在皮下或帽状腱膜下放置．将导管靠近注射壶处剪断后,从皮下隧道穿出,用一个小接口将两个断端连接,用丝线在接口凹槽处结扎固定,术后注意保护注射壶。结果应用注射壶外置式扩张器40例52个部位,除2例因血肿感染致失败外均取得了成功。结论注射壶外置式扩张器使用简单,手术创伤小,患者痛苦少,因而是一种较好的手术方法。

Objective In order to reduce the operative damage and to relieve the pain of the patients, the injective dome out-laid expander was used in the tissue expansion. Methods The proper expander was placed subcutaneously or in sub-galeaaponeurotic layer, while the tube was cutted from the injective dome and pulled out from the subcutaneous tunnel. The injective dome and tube were re-jointed and fixed. Protection of injective dome should protected post -operatively. Results This method was used in 40 cases with 52 expanders. The operative results were satisfactory except 2 failed cases, in which the infections of hematoma were occured. Conclusion The injective dome out-laid expander was a easy and effective way to reduce operative damage and patient's pain. It's an ideal choice for soft tissue expansion.
