摘要
套管检测是油田勘探、开发过程中必须的一项工程,目前常用多臂井径成像、磁法测厚、声波成像来检测套管损伤,如Sondex公司的MIT、MTT,哈里伯顿的CAST测井等,这些方法施工工序繁杂、费用高、数据处理复杂,往往难以实时提供套管状况。常规固井质量(CCL和CBL/VDL)测井施工简单、直观经济、能在现场提供套管脱箍的位置和范围,同时能进行固井质量评价。
Casing collar diagnosis is essential and important for oilfield exploration and development. MIT, MTT and CAST are the routine log program of casing evaluation. However, the above methods are complicated and expen- sive. Data processing is time-consuming and complex. Real-time diagnosis report can not be submitted on well sites. CCL and CBL/VDL log are economic and simple. The position and size of casing collar disconnection can be identified immediately on well sites. At the same time, cement bond evaluation can be performed.
